Why bridge the gap?
“Bridging the Gap” is a metaphor for the gap women face. It’s a pay gap. It’s an accessibility gap. And it’s many other gaps. And these gaps have consequences. According to data from the Bureau of Labor statistics “275,000 women left the workforce last month compared with 71,000 men. (NBC News)”.
As a female led organization we understand what it’s like to be female leaders, entrepreneurs, and runners.
This run was created to empower women, and to cheer them on in a race where they are celebrated. Join us for what will be an incredible experience.
All participants in the 10 Mile receive a Brooks Long Sleeve technical shirt and a custom race bib with their name.
Note: The deadline to receive a custom race bib is Friday, September 10th
Finishers receive a beautiful custom engraved, sterling silver necklace. This necklace values at $62, and we are including it with your race entry!
